Daily Limits and Resets

  • Free users: 2 prompt optimizations per day.
  • Creator users: 25 prompt optimizations per day.
  • Pro and Team users: Unlimited optimizations.
  • Daily limits reset at midnight UTC (not your local time).
  • View your current usage in the dashboard header.
  • Benchmark tests use separate quota from optimizations.

Upgrading Your Plan

  • Go to the Pricing page or click "Upgrade" in your dashboard.
  • Choose your desired plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Enter your payment information via Stripe.
  • Your upgrade takes effect immediately after payment.
  • When upgrading mid-cycle, you receive prorated credit.
  • Daily limits increase instantly upon upgrade.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • Go to your Account Settings page.
  • Click "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Plan".
  • Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
  • Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • After cancellation, you revert to the Free plan.
  • Your saved prompts remain accessible (up to Free plan limits).

Viewing Invoices

  • Invoices are sent to your registered email after each payment.
  • View all invoices in Account Settings under "Billing History".
  • Download PDF invoices for expense reporting or records.
  • Contact support if you need an invoice resent.
  • Business customers can request invoices with custom details.

Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
  • Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • Update your payment method in Account Settings.
  • Failed payments will retry automatically for 7 days.
  • If payment fails, access may be suspended until resolved.

  • Enter promo codes during checkout in the designated field.
  • Annual billing provides a 20% discount vs. monthly.
