By accessing or using GreatPrompts.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

GreatPrompts.ai is an AI-powered tool that optimizes user-submitted prompts for better results with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. The Service is provided on a freemium basis:

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 prompt optimizations per day, with advertisements
• Premium Tier: Unlimited optimizations, no advertisements, priority processing

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may:

• Optimize prompts for personal or commercial use
• Use optimized prompts with any AI assistant
• Share your optimized prompts with others
• Use the templates provided for any purpose

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service's functionality
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.99/month) or annually ($49/year). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by GreatPrompts.ai. However:

• You retain ownership of your original prompts
• You own the optimized prompts generated for you
• Templates are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Optimized prompts will always produce desired AI outputs
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be suitable for any particular purpose

AI outputs depend on third-party AI models, which we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreatPrompts.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
