Everything you need to begin using GreatPrompts.ai

Creating Your Account

Visit greatprompts.ai and click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation.
You can sign up using your email address and password, or use Google Sign-In for faster access.
After signing up, you'll receive a confirmation and be taken directly to your dashboard.
Free accounts include 2 prompt optimizations per day, which reset at midnight UTC.

Your dashboard is the central hub for all your prompt activities.
The sidebar shows your navigation options: History, Workspace, and Marketplace (for creators).
The History tab displays all your previously optimized prompts with timestamps.
The Workspace tab shows your saved prompt assets that you can organize and edit.
Your daily prompt usage and remaining optimizations are displayed at the top of the page.

Navigate to the Optimizer page using the main navigation or click "Start Optimizing" on the homepage.
Enter your prompt in the input field. This can be any instruction you want to give to an AI.
Select your target AI model (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for model-specific optimization.
Optionally choose a tone (professional, casual, technical) and add a role context.
Click "Optimize Prompt" and watch as our AI enhances your prompt in real-time.
Copy the optimized result or save it to your workspace for future use.

After optimizing a prompt, click the "Save to Workspace" button to store it.
In your workspace, you can rename prompts, add tags, and organize them into folders.
Use the search and filter features to quickly find saved prompts.
Each saved prompt maintains its version history, so you can always revert to previous versions.
Free users can save up to 10 prompts; premium plans offer unlimited storage.

Free accounts receive 2 prompt optimizations per day.
Limits reset automatically at midnight UTC each day.
Premium plans offer higher limits: Creator (25/day), Pro (unlimited), Team (unlimited + collaboration).
You can view your current usage in the dashboard header or on your profile page.
Upgrade anytime to increase your limits and unlock additional features.
