Saving Prompts to Workspace
- After optimizing a prompt, click "Save to Workspace" to store it.
- You can also save prompts from the prompt library or marketplace.
- Saved prompts appear in your dashboard under the Workspace tab.
- Each saved prompt retains its original and optimized versions.
- Free users can save up to 10 prompts; premium plans offer more storage.

Creating and Using Folders
- Click "New Folder" in your workspace to create a folder.
- Name your folders based on projects, categories, or any system that works for you.
- Drag and drop prompts into folders or use the "Move to" option.
- Folders can be renamed or deleted at any time.
- Deleting a folder moves its contents back to the main workspace.

Adding Tags
- Tags help you categorize and find prompts quickly.
- Click on a prompt and use the "Add Tag" option to create tags.
- Common tags include model names, use cases, or project names.
- You can filter your workspace view by tags.
- Tags are searchable, making it easy to find related prompts.

Editing Saved Prompts
- Click on any saved prompt to open the detail view.
- Edit the prompt title to make it more descriptive.
- Modify the prompt text directly in the editor.
- Changes are saved automatically as new versions.
- You can always revert to previous versions if needed.

Version History
- Every edit creates a new version of your prompt.
- Access version history from the prompt detail view.
- Compare different versions to see what changed.
- Restore any previous version with a single click.
- Version notes help you remember why changes were made.

Searching and Filtering
- Use the search bar to find prompts by title, content, or tags.
- Filter prompts by folder, tag, or date created.
- Sort prompts by name, date, or last modified.
- Search works across all your saved prompts instantly.
- Combine filters and search for precise results.

Deleting Prompts
- Select prompts and click "Delete" to remove them.
- Deleted prompts are removed permanently (no trash/recycle bin).
- Confirm the deletion when prompted to prevent accidents.
- Deleting prompts frees up space in your workspace limit.
- Consider exporting important prompts before deleting.

- Use descriptive titles so you can identify prompts at a glance.
- Create a consistent folder structure that matches your workflow.
- Tag prompts immediately after saving them.
- Regularly review and clean up unused prompts.
- Export your best prompts periodically for backup.
