I'm doing research to better understand how [role] professionals handle meetings and follow-ups. There are no right or wrong answers—I'm just trying to learn from your experience. Is it okay if I record this so I can focus on our conversation instead of taking notes? The recording is just for me and won't be shared. Great, let's dive in." --- ## BACKGROUND (5 min) **Q1:** "Can you tell me a bit about your role? What does a typical day look like?" *Listen for: Number of meetings, collaboration patterns, pain points that emerge naturally* **Q2:** "Roughly how many meetings do you have in a typical week?" *Follow-up if 10+: "Wow, that's a lot.
