Now (0–3 months): We are investing in onboarding improvements and notification controls — the two areas most directly responsible for our 35% drop-off in first-week activation. Completing these will give new users a clear path to their first success moment within 24 hours of sign-up. Next (3–6 months): We plan to launch team collaboration features, including shared dashboards and role-based permissions, to expand from single-user adoption into team-level accounts. This shift is central to our move from an individual productivity tool to a team operating system. Later (6–12 months): We are exploring deeper integrations with existing enterprise workflows, including native connections to project management and CRM tools, which would open the enterprise segment for the first time. Executive Summary: Over the next 12 months, Clarive will move from fixing first-impressions to enabling team-level workflows to exploring enterprise expansion. Our near-term investment is entirely focused on one metric: getting more users to their first success moment faster. Everything else follows from that.
