Role Summary: The Customer Success Manager is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of mid-market accounts, responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion revenue. Key Responsibilities: Own onboarding and ongoing health for a portfolio of 40 to 60 accounts. Proactively identify churn risk and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with Sales. Conduct quarterly business reviews to align product usage to customer goals. Advocate internally for customer needs by partnering with Product and Engineering. Required Qualifications: 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
