Goal 1 — Executive Communication: Develop the ability to present complex analytical findings to senior leadership audiences clearly and with confidence. Current State: Produces excellent written analysis but loses structure and confidence in verbal presentations to groups above their direct manager. Target State: Can independently present a quarterly data review to the leadership team with no preparation support from manager. Learning Activities: (1) Complete a presentation skills workshop by Month 2. (2) Present at two internal team meetings per month, starting Month 1. (3) Prepare and deliver the Month 5 metrics review to the full leadership team with manager debrief afterward. Manager Support: (1) Provide written feedback after each internal presentation. (2) Arrange one shadow opportunity in a leadership meeting.
