TERMS OF SERVICE FRAMEWORK — PromptVault (AI Prompt Marketplace) Section 1 — Acceptance: By accessing PromptVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Minimum age: 18 or age of majority in your jurisdiction. Section 5 — User-Generated Content: Sellers retain ownership of prompts they list. By listing, sellers grant PromptVault a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, market, and distribute prompts through the platform. Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased prompts. Buyers may NOT resell, redistribute, or create derivative prompt products. Section 6 — Payments and Refunds: All sales processed via Stripe. Seller receives 80% of sale price; PromptVault retains 20% platform fee. Refunds: digital products are non-refundable except where prompt description is materially misleading. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Section 8 — Limitation of Liability: PromptVault provides prompts as-is. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce specific results with any AI model. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific prompt at issue. We are not liable for any outputs generated by AI models using purchased prompts. Section 10 — Dispute Resolution: Informal resolution attempt (30 days) → binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class action waiver. Governing law: State of Delaware.
